At Jaipur Kurta, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your ethnic wear doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery provided it is unworn and has original tags.

Return Process

  Log into your Jaipur Kurta account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack the Items

  Place the product in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and the invoice included to ensure a smooth inspection process.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Our delivery partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to pick up the parcel; please ensure you collect the pickup receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality check, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
